Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to troubleshoot and remediate technology issues such as Network Infrastructure, Wireless connectivity and Printer Driver Issues.
• Assist with System Infrastructure, Meeting Room Booking System (app), Door Access System [Key Card, Facial Scan, QR Code], Booking System (app), Skype & Microsoft Exchange and Printing Facility.
• Provide technical assistance and support for users.
• Conduct routine maintenance.
• Implement minor network changes and setup (e.g., new SSID creation, configure new network point, etc.).
• Deliver training on Policies & End User Computing Policies.
• Review user access to ensure dormant/obsolete user accounts are removed or made inactive in a timely manner following appropriate authorization.
• Maintain & ensure site documentation is up to date.
• Open and close support tickets when applicable and provide timely updates to helpdesk personnel and customers for support cases assigned to you.
• Work closely with various teams of engineers for troubleshooting.

Qualifications
