Job summary

Logicalis Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to maintain backup and network services across multiple locations in Singapore. The role involves managing firewalls, servers, NAS and HCI clusters, and ensuring smooth operation of the WAN/LAN environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and good command of English. Candidates should be customer‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Graduates in IT-related fields preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and write clearly.
• 3–5 years of IT-related working experience is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for IT support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP and Windows security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all backup infrastructure for onsite and offsite (Veeam).
• Provide network support for NAC and related devices.
• Maintain firewall services and handle change requests across multiple locations.
• Manage server and storage assets, including HCI clusters and NAS lifecycles.
• Oversee VPN/ISP contracts, renewals and technical refreshes.
• Maintain wireless infrastructure across locations (Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus).
• Coordinate server room relocation projects and asset lifecycle management.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Maintain all backup infra for onsite & offsite (Veeam)
• Provide network support for NAC (Infoexpress CGX)
• Maintain all firewall services and change requests for all 4 locations
• Maintain HCI (Nutanix) in Ren Ci Community Hospital
• Manage all ISP contracts and renewals/tech refresh
• Maintain all Wifi infra for all 4 locations (Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus)
• Manage all NAS asset lifecycle (Synology)
• Manage all server asset lifecycle (Physical Server, HCI cluster - Nutanix)
• Maintan organisation SSL certificates
• Manage all UPS asset lifecycle (APC)
• Maintain all network infra for all 4 locations (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Lenovo)
• Manage the server room relocation project for RCCH

Requirements

• Graduates in relevant fields of studies (IT, Infocomm, Com Science, Etc..)
• Ability to communicate fluently and write in the English language
• People with 3-5 years of IT related working experience are preferred.
• Troubleshooting skills for IT support.
• Knowledge in TCIP/DHCP and Windows security.
• Looking for candidates will a strong interest/passion to learn and grow in the technology space.
• Candidate should be customer oriented and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
