Logicalis Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Information Security professional to join our APAC team. You will help implement AI‑driven security initiatives, support ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 compliance, and contribute to documentation controls across Singapore and Malaysia.

You will collaborate with Legal, HR, and IT teams, perform vulnerability reviews, and assist audits while maintaining accurate records and adhering to our data protection commitments.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Security or related field.
• Strong interest in information security, privacy and compliance.
• Basic understanding of ISO 27001 standard or PDPA.
• Organisational skill and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Implement AI solution for productivity enhancement & Cybersecurity Project.
• Support review and update of documents to align with ISO27001 and ISO27701 Requirements.
• Regularly review and manage ISPMS documentation, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Work with Legal, HR to gather information and ensure consistency across documentation.
• Assist internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence of compliance.
• Liaise with departments across Singapore and Malaysia to ensure document control and compliance.
• Support maintenance of technology infrastructure and security, including network administration.
• Address vulnerability findings from VAPT and coordinate with SOC for incident closure.
• Conduct monthly Windows update patching for UAT development environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement AI solution for productivity enhancement & Cybersecurity Project.
• Support the review and update of documents to align with ISO27001 and ISO27701 Requirements
• Regularly Review & Manage all ISPMS documentation including all policies, procedures, and controls to reflect any changes in compliance standards or organisational processes
• Work closely with various departments (e.g Legal, HR) to gather necessary information and ensure consistency across all documentation
• Assists in Internal and External Audits by providing required documentation and evidence of compliance.
• Liaise with various departments and stakeholders across Singapore and Malaysia to ensure effective document control and compliance.
• Support assistance for maintaining technology infrastructure & security. This includes but is not limited to:
• Basic Network & CyberSecurity Administration such as Cisco Meraki, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco Duo, Palo Alto NGFW, Zscaler, MS Defender, MS Sentinel, Cohesity, etc
• Review and address any vulnerability findings from VAPT
• Work closely with SOC for internal security incidents for closure
• Conduct monthly Windows update patching for UAT development environment

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Security or in related field
