Job summary

Aedas Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (Architectural) to oversee all architectural aspects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with contractors, supervise site activities, and support the design team to implement changes while ensuring compliance with local codes and client specs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and 8–10 years of site supervision experience, with a hands-on leadership style and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience supervising architectural and C&S aspects.
• Sound knowledge of architectural detailing, finishing, working/shop drawings, local construction practices.
• Familiar with local building codes and regulations and able to work with site staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform general site supervision and organize site meetings.
• Work with contractors and builders of various trades to coordinate and issue work orders on site.
• Assist the Architectural Design Team in implementing required design changes and updates.
• Organize, manage and administer all site matters on a day-to-day basis and coordinate design details in collaboration with consultants of various disciplines.
• Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on work progress.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project when instructed.
