Job summary

Qualifications

• Architectural degree recognised by the Board of Architects.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, incl. 8 years on projects of similar size/complexity.
• Proven past experience leading supervision teams.
• Conversant with statutory codes/requirements for site supervision and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise and inspect works on site as directed by CAG/QP(S)/QP(Geo)/QP(MEP) and project consultants.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, safety & quality standards.
• Maintain proper site records and submit progress reports.
• Coordinate with main contractor(s) and follow the applicable shift/roster work schedule.
• Plan roster/shift duties per the contractors' work schedules and ensure welfare of reporting personnel.
• Work with QP(D)/QP(S) to resolve design and technical issues on Temporary and Permanent Works.
