Job summary

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is seeking a full-time Education Development Office coordinator to support residency programs, examinations and teaching activities. This role involves assisting posting/evaluation, orientation of junior doctors, and coordinating program planning and scheduling.

The candidate will work closely with the Assistant DIO, Program Director and Faculty to ensure a smooth learning environment for residency training.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Healthcare background would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting, evaluation and coordination for residency programs.
• Coordinate junior doctors’ orientation, rotations and training hours.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and reporting to program stakeholders.
• Support program planning, scheduling, examinations and teaching activities.
