Job summary

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital invites applications for the position of Resident Physician / Senior Resident Physician. You will be responsible for the total management of patients under supervision, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The role includes medical consultations, on-call/night duties, outpatient clinic management, supervising junior doctors, and attending operating sessions as required by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Possess a basic or postgraduate medical qualification registrable with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Registered as a medical doctor in the country of conferment and last place(s) of practice.
• At least 3 years of post housemanship working experience as a medical officer (or equivalent).
• Remain in active clinical practice for the past 3 years.
• Provide evidence of English language proficiency and meet the acceptable score specified by the Singapore Medical Council if the candidate's basic medical qualification is not conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Total management of patients under supervision of senior doctors and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Provide medical consultations and participate in on-call/stay-in night duties.
• Manage outpatient clinics and supervise junior doctors.
• Attend operating sessions and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
