Job summary

JEN Singapore Tanglin is seeking a Reservations Associate to manage the reservations process and deliver courteous service, ensuring targets are met.

You will collaborate with departments, handle inquiries, and help grow guest loyalty through value-added service while maintaining flexibility and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year’s experience in hospitality industry with similar capacity.
• Has a passion for hospitality industry.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and detail minded; high flexibility and adaptability to changes.

We are looking for a Reservations Associate

A Reservations Associate is responsible in managing the reservations process and operation in the property, providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service to deliver quality guest services and meet financial targets for the property.

He/She also ensures to adhere to policies and procedures implemented by the property, and to undertake and deliver on any other duties and responsibilities as required by the Management.

As a Reservations Associate, we rely on you to:

• Provide support to guests on reservations and other related inquiries
• Work with other departments and deliver best-fit solutions for our guests
• Increase guest loyalty by delivering value-added service to our guests
