Job summary

JEN by Shangri-La Singapore is seeking a Reservations Associate to manage the reservations process, ensuring efficient and courteous service to guests while helping the property meet financial targets.

You will coordinate with departments, respond to inquiries, and contribute to guest loyalty by delivering value-added service. The role requires hospitality passion, strong communication, and flexibility in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Reservations Associate

A Reservations Associate is responsible in managing the reservations process and operation in the property, providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service to deliver quality guest services and meet financial targets for the property.

He/She also ensures to adhere to policies and procedures implemented by the property, and to undertake and deliver on any other duties and responsibilities as required by the Management.
