Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive researcher to support data collection, literature reviews, and project coordination across research initiatives. You will engage stakeholders, manage timelines, and help produce reports and publications.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in a related field, possesses strong organisational and analytical skills, and is proficient with Microsoft Office. Prior experience in research settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Education, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with research methods and data analysis preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and summarise key research findings.
• Support the implementation of research studies and related activities.
• Assist with data collection, data entry, cleaning, and management.
• Perform basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Support the preparation of reports, publications, presentations, and research outputs.
• Assist in reviewing research documents and manuscripts.
• Coordinate project activities and monitor deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and databases.
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate research activities.
• Track project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
