Qualifications

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Product & Engineering Coordination

• Translate research, clinical, and user needs into clear product and technical requirements
• Work closely with internal engineering teams and external vendors to support day-to-day product development
• Support testing, iteration, and release planning in line with project timelines

Research & Partner Engagement

• Support onboarding of clinical partners and research collaborators, serving as a primary point of contact
• Gather feedback from collaborators and users, and translate insights into actionable product improvements

Project Execution & Support

• Support the preparation of proposals, product demos, and technical documentation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support partnerships from proposal through execution
• Assist with operational setup and coordination of pilot projects
• Maintain and organize project and partnership documentation
• Ensure alignment between project commitments, deliverables, and product scope

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
