Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Research Division events.
• Liaise with faculty, speakers, and stakeholders on programme details.
• Assist with publicity, invitations, and post-event updates.
• Manage venue, catering, AV/IT, and on-site logistics.
• Support budget tracking, invoicing, and claims in line with guidelines.
• Update the Research Division website and social channels.
• Provide content creation support as needed.
