Job summary

NTU Corporate Laboratory in Singapore seeks a Research Engineer to oversee equipment operations, processes and maintenance in a safe, efficient research environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating equipment scheduling with researchers and project PIs, leading and training staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. A scientific or engineering degree is required, with preference for nanotechnology experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or engineering field.
• Experience with nanotechnologies and thin film technologies is highly sought.
• Proven experience as an equipment/process engineer or similar role with focus on equipment management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee research equipment operations and ensure safety and efficiency in the lab.
• Maintain and service equipment to keep it in optimal condition.
• Coordinate equipment scheduling, delivery and maintenance with researchers and PIs.
