Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an Engineer to support R&D equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance, and to play a key role in lab operations and audits.

You will help with installation, upgrades, and maintenance of engineering equipment, while maintaining records and collaborating with teams and external vendors. The role focuses on ensuring uptime, compliance with safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement through AI-enabled enhancements within the scope

Responsibilities

• Set-up, qualified, PM, Calibrate & troubleshooting R&D equipment and support lab operations including Internal and External audits, EHS, ESD and Chemical controls
• Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of Engineering equipment, lab layout & lab build.
• Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.
• Provides technical support for R&D equipment repairs. Defines and writes preventative maintenance, OJTs, roll up & monitor equipment management.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on equipment requirements, space planning, facilitation, purchase and installation of R&D equipment
• Coordinate external vendors on training, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment
