Job summary

The National University of Singapore invites applications for a Research Assistant in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. The role involves recruitment, data and sample collection, data entry and analysis for SaMD risk stratification studies and related endometriosis and gynecologic oncology projects.

The RA will work closely with the PI and study team, supporting literature reviews and data processing, while ensuring quality and compliance with GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science-related field, nursing, or equivalent.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work meticulously, independently and as a team member.
• Good understanding of GCP and research principles.
• Knowledge of SPSS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general management of the project.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the project, including coordinating meetings with study sites and stakeholders.
• Carry out day-to-day study site activities: recruitment, data collection, sample collection and management.
• Conduct literature searches, enter and analyse data using SPSS, maintain trial database and assist with reports.
• Maintain high standards of professional conduct and record-keeping.
• Demonstrate multitasking across multiple projects within the department.
• Coordinate grants related to clinical research and other studies.
• Provide logistics and administrative support; assist the PI or supervisors as needed.
