Job summary

The National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, seeks an experienced Research Associate to lead the research and support team handling clinical trials and day-to-day operations. You will develop innovative trial protocols focusing on geroprotectors and integrate biomarkers into studies.

You will oversee trial execution, participant management, and regulatory compliance, while building a high-performing team and pursuing grant opportunities to advance geroscience

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in medicine or life sciences.
• Experience leading clinical trials and teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of GCP, SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Ability to develop and manage grant proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research and support team that conducts clinical trials and manages day-to-day operations.
• Develop innovative clinical trial protocols testing geroprotectors.
• Integrate biological, clinical, and digital biomarkers into trial protocols.
• Oversee trial execution ensuring adherence to SOPs and GCP.
• Recruit and manage research participants.
• Maintain clinical trial documentation and data records.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and pursue grant opportunities and prepare high-quality proposals.
