Job summary

The National University of Singapore invites applications for the position of Research Assistant in the Immunology Translational Research Programme, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. The role is based at Kent Ridge Campus on a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.

Main duties include managing day-to-day core operations, assisting in biosafety and waste management, and coordinating facility operations with the programme manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba systems, grant administration, and institutional procurement processes will be advantageous.
• Meticulous, resourceful, and highly organised individual with good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Prior experience in research administration and/or laboratory operations.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining compliance with Singapore and NUS regulatory requirements, contributing to the programme safety audit performance.

Job Description
