Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience working with persons with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills are essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with SUSS schools, departments, and units to identify suitable tasks and mini-projects for adults with high support needs.
• Coordinate activities with social service agencies and community partners to implement project activities.
• Organize project logistics including scheduling, venues, and resource allocation.
• Maintain clear communication between SUSS departments, participating organizations, and social service agencies.
• Assist in planning focus groups, interviews, surveys, and data collection.
