Job summary

2Nats is looking for an Admin & Research Intern to help with internal research, market intelligence, and light administrative tasks. The role supports the team by compiling concise references, links, and key takeaways, and by maintaining the internal research library with well-organised notes and files.

The position offers flexibility as either a part-time or full-time arrangement, with work from home options and access to serviced offices in CBD areas for in-person collaboration as needed.

Responsibilities

• Researching industries, companies, competitors, pricing, product positioning, digital tools, and relevant market references
• Preparing short internal research summaries with links, sources, and key takeaways
• Building comparison tables for internal use, including feature comparisons, strengths and weaknesses, benchmarks, and reference points
• Keeping our internal research library, notes, and reference materials tidy and easy to locate
• Providing light admin support to the team where required
• Updating internal trackers and organising research documents, folders, and files
