Responsibilities

• Conduct desk research on industries, competitors, pricing models, positioning, tools, and market trends.
• Summarise findings into short internal briefs, with clear sources and links.
• Create internal comparison tables covering features, pros and cons, benchmarks, pricing, and positioning.
• Maintain a well-organised internal research library and notes database.
• Support light administrative work where needed.
• Update internal trackers and ensure research files are properly organised.
