Job summary

eTeam Inc is seeking a Data Analyst to deliver data analysis, reporting, and data quality activities that provide actionable insights and support decision-making across the organization. You will translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions with accuracy and reliability.

You will work with stakeholders, produce dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, validate recurring reports, and help improve data governance and automation.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Experience of working within a complex, global b2b organization, supporting stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex dataset and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Experience with SQL and data extraction tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives and informed decision-making.
• Ad Hoc Reporting and Visualization: Produce ad hoc analyses, reports, dashboards and presentations that effectively communicate findings, recommendations and business performance to stakeholders.
• Scheduled Reporting: Produce, validate and distribute recurring reports in line with agreed schedules, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and automation.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into reporting solutions, and communicate insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Data Governance and Quality: Support data governance activities by conducting data quality audits, identifying anomalies, and recommending corrective actions to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enhance reporting effectiveness through automation, standardisation and best practices.
