Job summary

Arient Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into insights that drive business decisions and operational outcomes. You will work with stakeholders, data engineers, PMs, and solution architects to gather requirements, analyze data, build dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities include data profiling, reporting design, EDA, KPI monitoring, and presenting executive summaries to management and clients. Strong SQL and BI tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field and 2–5 years in analytics, BI, or reporting.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
• Good understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and reporting methodologies.
• Experience with large datasets and data validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Qualifications

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2‑5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
• Good understanding of data modelling, KPIs, and reporting methodologies.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into analytical solutions.

Preferred

• Experience with Python, R, or Spark for data analysis and automation.
• Experience working in Singapore Government, public sector, banking, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCC environments.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and analytics lifecycle. Experience of predictive analytics.
• Experience with Agile project delivery.
