Job summary

NETS is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to consolidate data, design dashboards, and translate business needs into actionable KPIs for the Business Management & Transformation team.

You will own department dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and present insights to senior leadership, supporting transformation initiatives and management decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, statistics, computer science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant working experience, with 3–5 years in a dedicated Data Analyst/BI/Analytics role.
• Strong hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
• Good proficiency in SQL; data modelling, DAX or equivalent analytical expressions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience supporting management-level reporting, performance tracking, or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
