Job summary

Satair in Singapore is seeking an experienced Customer Order Management professional to act as SPOC for assigned client portfolio, handling repair, lease and exchange and commercial inquiries. You will coordinate across Airbus internal teams and external interfaces to deliver timely solutions while maintaining quality and cost controls.

You will analyze customer problems, drive KPIs, ensure on-time Deliveries, meet Shop Processing Times and Turnaround Times, and provide proactive status updates

Qualifications

• Diploma in Aeronautics / Aeronautical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years in Customer Order Management or Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of repair management.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
• Good business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Know-How of Customer Operations and expectations.
• Export control basics knowledge.
• Technical data awareness and maintenance rules.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for a customer portfolio handling inquiries about repair, lease and exchanges.
• Coordinate delivery solutions across Airbus internal departments and external interfaces.
• Analyze and define optimal service solutions focusing on time-optimized delivery during issues.
• Track KPIs and produce activity reports for customers, account teams and management.
• Initiate follow-up sessions with repair stations to meet Shop Processing Times and Turnaround Times.
• Drive improvement plans and ensure targets are achieved.
• Keep leadership informed of changes in repair station performance.
• Provide world-class customer support with timely responses to service requests.
• Issue and manage repair and warranty orders to suppliers/repair stations.
• Proactively update customers on status of orders and claims.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the business.
