Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive for our Transportation division at Ubi. You will promote car-rental and fleet solutions to corporate and individual customers, while prospecting new business and managing existing accounts.

This permanent role offers commissions, AWS, transport allowance, and staff benefits. Expected to meet sales targets with professional communication and strong customer service, Monday to Friday, in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote car-rental and fleet solutions to corporate and individual customers.
• Prospect and secure new customers through cold calling, telemarketing, networking and referrals.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle or fleet solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and coordinate test drives where required.
• Coordinate with Operations on vehicle availability, delivery, collection and servicing arrangements.
• Ensure sales documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and pipeline information.

Job description

• Position: Sales Executive
• Location: Ubi
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$2,000 Monthly Basic Salary + S$1,200 Monthly Transport Allowance + Average Commission of S$3,000–S$5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Staff Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote car-rental and fleet solutions to corporate and individual customers.
• Prospect and secure new customers through cold calling, telemarketing, networking and referrals.

• Results-oriented and comfortable working towards individual sales targets.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
