Job summary

Modular Design & Build Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support renovation project delivery at Stellar@ Tampines.

You will serve as the main coordination point among homeowners, designers, site teams, suppliers and contractors, ensuring clear communication, schedule adherence and timely issue resolution. Responsibilities include updating homeowners on status, attending site meetings, recording changes, and maintaining project records.

Qualifications

Diploma or relevant experience in project coordination, interior renovation, construction, administration or a related field.
Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
Clear, professional communication with homeowners and contractors.
Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages.
Proactive problem-solving and timely updates to homeowners.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities between homeowners, designers, contractors, suppliers and site teams.
Follow up on schedules, site progress, material deliveries and outstanding works.
Provide regular updates to homeowners on status and decisions.
Attend site meetings and owner discussions when required.
Record changes, approvals, variations and important instructions.
Communicate drawings, materials and site instructions to relevant parties.
Monitor timelines and raise delays or risks early.
Follow up with contractors and suppliers to ensure on-time completion.
Assist with site measurements, quotations, purchase orders and project records.
Maintain clear project files, progress photos and meeting notes.
Coordinate rectification works and handover items.
Support project team in resolving day-to-day site issues.
Ensure homeowners receive timely responses and updates throughout the renovation.
