Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term business plan aligned with renewable energy goals.
• Provide executive leadership across all functions including operations, finance, development, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee major investment decisions, project development initiatives, partnerships, and potential mergers or acquisitions.
• Lead organizational innovation in clean energy technologies, business models, and digital transformation.
• Ensure effective corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance in all areas of the business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, government agencies, regulators, investors, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company in high-level industry, government, and public forums, advancing its reputation and influence in the renewable energy sector.
• Monitor and evaluate company performance against strategic and financial goals; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a high-performance culture, driving leadership development and employee engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Professional licensure and/or advanced credentials (e.g., MBA, MSc in Renewable Energy, PE, PMP) are highly preferred.
• Experience:
