Job summary

Qualifications
- Live trading or execution experience in traditional markets
- Strong technical/quantitative foundation for trading workflows
- Experience monitoring live order flow, alerts, and incidents
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English for coordination
- Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee live systematic trading across assigned markets and instruments.
- Audit orders, positions, and risk; balance urgency with liquidity and risk.
- Act as gatekeeper for production trading; pause or modify activity as needed.
- Investigate abnormal trading activity and coordinate incident response.
- Develop and communicate trading ideas with researchers to improve strategies.
