Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Electrical, Math, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years in trade operations, trade support, data engineering, or trading development.
• Strong Python automation and data analytics skills.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and electronic/algorithmic trading.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary broker/exchange contact during live trading, handling incidents and end-of-day processes.
• Build and enhance real-time trade monitoring and post-trade analysis tools.
• Automate processes like position reconciliation and locate borrowing.
• Analyze trading algorithms to optimize execution strategies.
• Leverage systematic trading expertise to improve data management and operations.
• Collaborate with traders, exchanges, developers, and risk managers to streamline workflows.
• Monitor trade discrepancies and support settlement processes.
• Communicate incident resolutions and process improvements clearly.
