Job summary

IsWhere Pte Ltd is seeking a Part-Time Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, governance, and fundraising for a globally ambitious AI-powered platform. You will collaborate with founders and executives to drive sustainable growth and investment readiness, shaping IsWhere's financial foundation for international expansion.

The role requires an entrepreneurial finance leader with startup scale-up experience, hands-on execution, and a proven fundraising track record.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, or equivalent senior financial leadership role.
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
Experience in startup, venture-backed, or high-growth scale‑up environments.
Track record of fundraising activities including Seed to growth rounds.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across the organization.
Develop and oversee financial planning processes to support global growth.
Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and investor reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
Provide financial analysis to support executive decision-making and fundraising.
