Atlas Cloud Services seeks a Strategic Finance & Capital Markets Associate to work directly with the CEO and senior management on capital raising, financial modeling, transaction execution and business development.

The role blends finance, strategy and AI-enabled productivity to drive large financing transactions and strategic investments in AI infrastructure and data center projects. You will collaborate across functions to structure, analyze and close opportunities.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, infrastructure investing, project finance or transaction advisory.
• Exceptional Excel financial modeling skills, able to build complex, auditable models from scratch.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and experience preparing investor-quality presentations.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation, capital structures and transaction execution.
• Experience reviewing financial, commercial and transaction documents.
• Comfortable using AI tools for financial analysis, research and productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Support debt and equity fundraising with banks, private credit funds and institutional investors.
• Prepare investor presentations, financing memoranda, term sheet comparisons and investment analyses.
• Manage due diligence, data rooms, investor requests and transaction follow-ups.

We are seeking a highly capable Strategic Finance & Capital Markets Associate to work directly with the CEO and senior management on capital raising, financial modeling, transaction execution and business development.

This is not a traditional corporate finance or FP&A role. You will function as part of a small, deal-oriented team, helping drive major financing and commercial transactions from analysis and structuring through execution and closing.

The ideal candidate will have strong training in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing or private credit, exceptional analytical skills and the ability to leverage AI tools to work faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Support debt and equity fundraising with banks, private credit funds and institutional investors.
• Prepare investor presentations, financing memoranda, term sheet comparisons and investment analyses.
• Manage due diligence, data rooms, investor requests and transaction follow-ups.
• Review financing and commercial agreements, identify key issues and support transactions through closing.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial, project finance and investment return models.
• Analyze cash flows, debt capacity, DSCR, IRR, MOIC, valuations and financing structures.
• Develop pricing models, forecasts, sensitivities and investment business cases.
• Review financial statements, operating performance and project economics.

Strategic Finance & Business Development

• Support new customer opportunities, partnerships and strategic investments.
• Analyze commercial pricing, profitability, project returns and market opportunities.
• Prepare management and board presentations, financial analyses and decision materials.
• Participate in selected customer, investor and partner discussions.

AI-Enabled Productivity

• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other platforms for financial research, document review, modeling support, presentations and data analysis.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity, accuracy and execution speed.
• Apply strong financial judgment and independently verify AI-generated work.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience, preferably in investment banking, private equity, private credit, infrastructure investing, project finance or transaction advisory.
• Exceptional Excel financial modeling skills, including the ability to build complex, auditable models from scratch.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and experience preparing investor-quality presentations.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation, capital structures and transaction execution.
• Experience reviewing financial, commercial and transaction documents.
• Comfortable using AI tools for financial analysis, research and productivity. Python, VBA or other automation skills are a plus.
• Exposure to data centers, AI infrastructure, technology or other capital-intensive sectors is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills. Mandarin is highly desirable but not required.
