Job summary

Nestlé R&D, Singapore is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee the operational phase of clinical trials, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data while complying with ICH GCP.

You will lead cross-functional teams across sites, coordinate budgets and contracts, maintain Trial Master Files, and ensure regulatory readiness, site selection, and vendor oversight to support international studies.

Qualifications

• GCP Certified and 4–5 years clinical project management experience in Food/Pharma/CRO.
• Experience coordinating multi-site, international trials.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendors.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities to execute the study protocol, ensuring timely delivery of data.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external trial stakeholders to meet protocol timelines.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with ICH GCP and internal SOPs.
• Manage study contracts and budgets, and track financial inputs.
• Prepare Trial Master File documents and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Oversee site qualification, budget assessment, and vendor management.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation planning across multi-site studies.
