Job summary

IQVIA Argentina is seeking a site activation specialist to coordinate feasibility, site activation and maintenance activities in Singapore under defined SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will review site documents, manage timelines, serve as the primary contact for investigative sites, and ensure contracts are executed while maintaining project records and data in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ clinical research or relevant experience.
• 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment or equivalent education/training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for feasibility, site activation and some maintenance activities according to regulations, SOPs and work instructions.
• Prepare site documents and review for completeness and accuracy.
• Inform team of completion of regulatory and other documents for individual sites.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
• Update and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans with accurate project information.
• Review and track progress, approvals and execution of regulatory, ethics, ICF and Investigator Pack documents.
