Responsibilities

• Own the Greater Asia Market Access and Market Shaping strategy for BD Interventional.
• Identify and prioritize coverage, reimbursement, funding, policy and commercial adoption barriers.
• Shape pathways for market access through coding, coverage, reimbursement, funding and HTA discussions.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, HEOR and business stakeholders to identify and align the clinical, economic and real‑world evidence priorities.
• Integrate Market Access considerations into launch planning and commercialization activities.
• Serve as a senior strategic counselor to country market access teams, providing advanced understanding of pricing strategies and funding streams.
• Establish and scale market access capabilities, tools and standards across CASAJ; lead workshops and training.
