Binance is seeking an experienced senior legal professional to coordinate regulatory litigation matters, liaise with U.S. regulators, and support compliance programs across the organization. The role emphasizes AML/sanctions controls and advisory support for digital-asset products and services.

You will collaborate with the Legal Department and other stakeholders to manage investigations, remediation efforts, and complex regulatory issues in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years’ private practice or in-house legal experience in financial services and regulatory matters.
• Experience with U.S. regulators (e.g., FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, OFAC) and sanctions programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. AML/sanctions frameworks in relation to crypto and digital assets.
• Understanding of U.S. financial products (spot, margin, futures, options) in crypto context.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Legal Department and management on regulatory litigation matters and agency relationships.
• Support responses to regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance reviews (AML/sanctions).
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with sensitive legal obligations.
• Support regulatory filings, investigations, remediation efforts and enforcement matters as needed.
