Binance is seeking a senior Legal Counsel to oversee regulatory needs for tokenized securities and stock trading products. You will advise on securities regulation, participate in product lifecycle, draft contracts, and ensure compliant marketing and disclosures across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with experience in securities regulation and financial instruments.
• Experience advising on tokenized securities and brokerage licensing is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the key Legal contact for product lines including tokenized securities and stock trading.
• Advise on regulatory issues and compliance for securities and digital assets.
• Draft, amend, and negotiate product-centric terms and commercial contracts.
• Guide marketing, disclosures, and social media in line with financial promotion rules.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Support licensing initiatives and cross-functional product planning.
