Job summary

Coty Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Visual Merchandising Intern to join the TravelRetail APAC team for Jan–Jun 2027. You will support end‑to‑end VM processes across Asia‑Pacific duty‑free environments, gaining exposure to global prestige brands.

The role offers hands‑on experience in planogramming, POSM management, vendor coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure timely launches and brand‑consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2027) for a full‑time internship.
• Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Adobe Creative Cloud skills will be a plus.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and detail‑oriented with a curious and creative mindset.
• Strong cross‑cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end visual merchandising processes across APAC duty‑free environments.
• Assist in creating, updating, and adapting planograms for new product launches and counters.
• Coordinate VM guidelines with global brand directions and APAC needs.
• Consolidate in‑store photos/reports to monitor compliance and best practices.
• Track POSM orders and assist VM trackers; coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
