Job summary

0G Labs is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive execution across business, product, and engineering teams. You will structure priorities into clear projects with timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes, then stay closely aligned with delivery to ensure completion.

You will work across functions, translating context, identifying blockers early, and pushing for clarity in a distributed, remote first environment. Strong ownership and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, or similar cross-functional role.
• Proven experience driving complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong PM fundamentals: planning, prioritization, dependency management, risk management, and execution tracking.
• Experience working closely with product and/or engineering teams.
• Experience with OKRs, KPIs, performance tracking, or business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution and completion across business, product, and engineering teams.
• Translate priorities into clear project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish operating rhythms for a distributed team, including updates, decision logs, action tracking, and escalation processes.
