Ethos is seeking experienced press secretaries to help train AI models on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You will craft and polish AI-generated content across press releases, talking points, crisis plans, and newsletters from a remote setting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in journalism or corporate communications, with strong AP style knowledge and meticulous writing skills for deadlines across executive communications and media relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in journalism, corporate communications, or PR producing press releases, briefing memos, or editorial content under deadline pressure
• Track record of shaping messaging for executives or media outlets, with sharp news judgment and AP style command
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Produce press releases, media statements, executive talking points, and briefing memos.
• Assist with crisis communications plans, style guides, and content calendars.
• Track media coverage and draft internal and external newsletters.
