Job summary
No deviation in Singapore is seeking an IT/OT Project Lead to oversee a site-wide upgrade of OT computerized systems to Windows 11 LTSC. You will assess current OT assets across Manufacturing, QC Labs and Development Labs, plan a phased upgrade, identify risks, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
The role requires strong project management, familiarity with OT infrastructure, and experience in regulated environments.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Automation, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Strong project management experience involving OT systems or regulated environments.
- Experience with Windows OS, OT infrastructure and cybersecurity considerations.
- Familiarity with project planning tools like MS Project or Primavera.
Responsibilities
- Lead a site-wide upgrade of OT systems to Windows 11 LTSC.
- Develop inventory and risk-based phased upgrade plan with timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors, IT/OT, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams.
- Prepare business case, procurement needs and test/verification strategy.
- Ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing and QC operations.
