Job summary

Wah Loon Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Lead OT/ICS Cybersecurity Engineer to oversee engineering and assurance for airport operational systems, including SCADA, BMS, EPMS and HVAC. You will drive risk-based decisions and ensure defence-in-depth across facilities.

The role requires 5+ years in OT/ICS security, strong IEC 62443 knowledge, and ability to coordinate with vendors, consultants and airport operators to meet regulatory obligations and project readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in cybersecurity, IT, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in OT/ICS or industrial cybersecurity environments.
• Solid knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and IEC 62443.
• Experience with airports or critical infrastructure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS cybersecurity engineering, assurance and risk-based decisions for airport systems.
• Review architectures, network segmentation and secure interfaces per defence-in-depth.
• Evaluate vendor designs for regulatory compliance and project requirements.
• Apply IEC 62443 to risk assessments, access control and lifecycle security.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, asset inventories and compliance checklists.
• Lead design reviews, workshops, testing, commissioning and remediation.
• Provide cybersecurity expertise across project lifecycle from design to operations.
