No Deviation is seeking an experienced IT/OT Project Lead to drive the assessment, planning, and readiness for a site-wide Windows 11 LTSC upgrade across GMP and non-GMP OT systems in Manufacturing, QC and Development Labs. You will coordinate with Eng, IT/OT, Quality, and vendors to define scope, risks, and phased rollout.

The role requires deep OT infrastructure knowledge, strong PM capabilities, and experience in regulated settings to ensure a smooth migration with minimal production impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering, IT, automation, or related field.
• Proven PM experience with OT systems, industrial IT infra, or computerized systems.
• Experience with OS migrations, infra upgrades, or tech refresh projects is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS, OT infra, cyber security, and dependencies.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/regulatory manufacturing environments is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead a comprehensive assessment of the current OT landscape, including OS versions, hardware, applications, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Create inventory and categorise 70+ GMP and non-GMP OT systems across multiple sites.
• Assess readiness and compatibility for migration to Windows 11 LTSC.
• Identify gaps, obsolescence risks, cybersecurity concerns, dependencies, and upgrade constraints.
• Engage vendors and system integrators to confirm Windows 11 compatibility and upgrade requirements.
• Define a risk-based, phased upgrade strategy for the site.
• Develop the overall project plan with scope, schedule, costs, and resources.
• Prepare business case and budget estimates for project approval.
• Plan sequencing to minimise manufacturing and lab disruption.
• Outline testing, commissioning, system verification, cutover, rollback, and handover approaches.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Eng, Ops, QC, IT/OT, Quality, and vendors.
• Establish governance, risk tracking, and robust reporting.
• Support vendor selection and tender/RFP activities as needed.
• Prepare transition from assessment to execution.
