Qualifications

• 4+ years in transaction services / FDD at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4).
• Deep expertise in QoE exhibits, findings communication, and report production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for QoE and diligence tasks.
• Produce exhibits, databook slides, diligence findings decks, working capital analyses, and red-flag reports.
• Collaborate with top advisory teams to ensure accuracy and clarity in deliverables.
