Job summary

Ethos is seeking a mergers and acquisitions director to help train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will own end-to-end materials for live mandates, including pitch narratives, board presentations, and fairness opinions.

This remote role requires 6+ years in investment banking, VP level or above, and expert PowerPoint skills. Flexible weekly hours (5–20+), ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in investment banking, at Director level or above
• Track record of owning pitch books and board materials for live mandates
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creation, evaluation and refinement of AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (pitch narrative, board materials, fairness opinions)
• Draft and polish board materials, fairness opinions, buyer/target positioning pages, and QA of analyst decks
