Create Architecture PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lead Interior Designer to join our growing team of architects and designers working remotely to deliver high-end residential interiors.

As a leader, you will develop concepts, create 3D renderings, select finishes, and coordinate drawings, while guiding a remote team to present ideas to clients and consultants. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, a diploma or degree in interior design or architecture, and strong English

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of interior design and project experience for high-end residential projects.
• Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Architects and designers to develop interior design concepts for a range of high-end residential projects.
• Lead a team of remote designers to prepare 3D renderings and presentations to communicate design concepts to Clients and consultants.
• Lead a team of designers to prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
• Select materials, finishes and furniture to create cohesive and functional design schemes.
• Liaise with Consultants on design and technical matters.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new ideas into design concepts.
