Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks an experienced Interior Designer to lead projects from concept to completion, meeting clients to capture requirements, budgets and style preferences. You will prepare space planning, 2D/3D drawings, presentations and quotations, coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers, conduct site visits, and guide junior designers.

Candidates have diploma/degree in Interior Design and at least 3 years of experience, with a strong portfolio and software

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio with residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, Enscape or similar software.
• Good knowledge of space planning, materials, technical drawings, and site coordination.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
