Job summary

Broadchains Fintech is seeking an experienced DevOps/Infra Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain scalable backend infrastructure. You will manage cloud environments (AWS and AliCloud), run Kubernetes clusters, and build robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Terraform and Ansible.

You will collaborate with software engineers on deployment and incident response, implement security best practices, and drive AI-enabled observability and automation across production systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Kafka and Redis operations in large-scale production environments.
• Proficient in Python / Go / Java (at least one language) and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform etc.
• At least 3 years of experience with AWS cloud platform; GCP/Azure/Ali Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong team collaboration attitude and partnerships with other teams.
• Practical experience building or operating AIOps systems (anomaly detection, alert correlation, automated healing, RCA).
• Familiarity with LLM-based DevOps automation (chat-based ops or AI-driven observability workflows).
• Experience using/integrating tools like LangChain into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain backend infrastructure for high availability and scalability.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and AliCloud including cost management.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain Kubernetes clusters and distributed backends.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Terraform and Ansible.
• Collaborate with engineers to support deployment, troubleshooting and production operations.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement improvements.
• Implement infrastructure security best practices.
• Develop internal DevOps platforms and automation tools to improve productivity.
• Implement monitoring, observability and alerting solutions.
• Research and integrate AI technologies into infrastructure operations.
