We are seeking heads of M&A with 4+ years of experience to create and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows, with fully remote work and flexible hours (5-20 hours per week or more if desired).

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials.
