Job summary

Lam Research Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain professional to plan and monitor materials and products for the Account team, ensuring stock availability and timely shipments. You will define stocking levels, coordinate with customers and field teams, and contribute to efficient operations.

You will work in a hybrid setup with on-site collaboration and remote work options, applying SAP forecasting and inventory control practices to support Lam's installed base across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner the Account team to understand business requirements and determine stocking and replenishment levels.
• Coordinate with external customers, internal account teams and field service to define replenishment processes and inventory control policies.
• Oversee inventory management, define appropriate levels, remove obsolete/off-spec material, and reduce aging stock.
• Use historical usage to plan for every part and update SAP for forecasting purposes.
• Develop and enforce business processes and workflows to enable efficient operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.

The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, andquality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutionsfor their most critical equipment and processes.

The impact you’ll make

Responsible for planning and monitoring the materials and products used by the Account team. Ensure that the region doesn't run out of the materials/parts needed to support our customers. Portfolio includes managing the flow of inventory and make sure products are properly shipped to customers. Partnering with the Account team, you set up a business process for determining proper stocking and replenishment level and representing the region to the corporate to get the required stock.

What you’ll do

• Partner the Account team to understand the business requirements (demand forecast drivers) to determine proper stocking and replenishment level. Represent the region to the corporate team to get the required resources
• Work with external customers, internal account team and field service personnel to determine replenishment systems/processes, issue and receipt procedures, required inventory control policies and procedures, management information system to support material availability control and distribution to the Field
• Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material and reduce aging material
• From historical usage develop and maintain plan for every part. Use the plan for every part data to update and maintain SAP for forecasting purposes.
• Develop and enforce business processes and work flows to enable efficient and effective operations
• Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
• Possesses strong inter-personal and communications skills.
• Experience in dealing with difficult work partners
• Commands good oral and written English
• Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability and professional demeanor
