Job summary

Wakam is seeking a seasoned FP&A Analyst – Expenses Controlling & Consolidation to own end-to-end expenses reporting and consolidation for the French perimeter. You will partner with senior stakeholders to challenge budgets, forecast spending, and drive cost optimisation across entities.

The role emphasizes strong analytical rigor, multi-entity financial reporting, and the use of Sage and Pigment to streamline processes. English fluency is essential in this international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in FP&A, controlling or financial planning, with multi-entity consolidation focus.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, able to simplify complex topics for non-finance stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, in an international environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Sage and Pigment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders and budget owners on expenses scope and financial results.
• Analyze expenses by nature, department, cost center, and destination; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Consolidate and align intercompany and intragroup rebillings across French perimeter; enhance cost allocation rules.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting, closing and planning processes using Finance tools and AI-enabled solutions.
